Ingredients:
- 1 ounce OVO Vodka
- ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
- ¼ ounce (½ tablespoon) simple syrup
- Top with Prosecco
- For the garnish: Lemon peel strip
Instructions:
- Add OVO, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake until cold.
- Strain the drink into a champagne flute.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a thin strip of lemon peel.
