• 1 ounce OVO Vodka
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ ounce (½ tablespoon) simple syrup
  • Top with Prosecco
  • For the garnish: Lemon peel strip


  1. Add OVO, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake until cold.
  2. Strain the drink into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with a thin strip of lemon peel.
